Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AlgoSoft Technologies ("we", "us"). They apply to every visit to this website, every account you create and every purchase, rental or free trial of software offered here. By creating an account or completing a checkout you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the risk disclosure.

We sell licenses to use compiled MetaTrader 5 software (Expert Advisors, indicators and related tools). You do not buy the software itself, its source code or any trading strategy. A license gives you the right to run the software on the number of MT5 accounts allowed by your plan, for the duration of your plan, under these terms.

Product descriptions, sample settings and performance cards describe how the software behaves. They are not a promise that the software will behave the same way on your account, with your broker, or in future market conditions.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. You must not:

• share, resell, rent or sublicense your license key or the software files
• decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code
• remove or bypass the license check, or run the software on accounts that are not bound to your key
• use the software to provide a managed service, signal service or copy service to third parties without a written agreement with us
• use the software in any way that breaks the rules of your broker or the laws that apply to you

Breaking any of these rules ends your license immediately without refund.

Every license key is bound to one or more MT5 account login numbers. The first account the software runs on is bound automatically. Additional accounts can be bound from your dashboard up to the limit of your plan. When the limit is reached, the software will not run on further accounts until an existing account is removed. We may refuse repeated rebinding that looks like key sharing.

The software contacts our license server when it starts and periodically while it runs. If the server cannot be reached, the software keeps running for a short grace period and then stops opening new positions until the check succeeds.

Trials are free, last 15 days from activation and are limited to one trial per person per product. A trial needs a registered account and is bound to one MT5 account. At the end of the trial the software stops opening new positions. Trials cannot be extended by creating a new account.

Monthly, quarterly and annual plans are rentals. They run for the stated number of days from the moment the license is issued and do not renew automatically. You can renew from your dashboard before or after expiry; renewing keeps the same key and the same bound accounts. Reminder emails are sent 7 days and 1 day before expiry as a courtesy; missing a reminder does not extend the rental.

Plans that include updates receive new builds of the same product while the plan is active. Support is provided by email, WhatsApp or Telegram for the support period stated on the plan and covers installation, configuration of documented inputs and license issues. Support does not cover strategy advice, broker selection, VPS administration or changes to the software logic.

AlgoSoft Technologies is a software company. Nothing on this website, in the software, in its documentation or in any conversation with our support team is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. You decide whether and how to trade. The software executes rules you configure and you remain responsible for every order it places.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments by UPI, cards and netbanking are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges that apply in your country. A license is issued only after a payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy. In short: a paid license can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if it has never been activated on an MT5 account; after activation the purchase is final. Opening a card chargeback for a license that has been activated is a breach of these terms; we will revoke the license, provide the activation records to the card network and may refuse future orders.

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or revoke a license if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where we revoke a license without a breach on your side, we will refund the unused part of the current rental period.

The software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error free, that it will be compatible with every broker or MetaTrader build, or that it will produce any particular trading result. Markets, brokers, connectivity and hosting are outside our control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker actions, data loss or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced by email to account holders. Questions about these terms go to seller@algosofttechnologies.com.
