Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data AlgoSoft Technologies collects through this website, the customer dashboard and the license server, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to visitors, leads and customers.

• Account data: name, email address, optional mobile number, password (stored as a hash), email verification status.
• Lead data: name, email, optional WhatsApp number and country, the product you asked about, your message, and the campaign parameters (utm and fbclid) that brought you to the page.
• Order data: plan, amount, currency, payment provider reference, and the status of the order. Card numbers never reach our servers; they are handled by the card provider.
• License data: license key, the MT5 account login numbers bound to it, and a log of license checks containing the login number, the IP address of the terminal and the result.
• Support data: the content of messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or the support form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, and cookies described below.

• To create and secure your account and to send verification codes and password resets.
• To issue licenses, verify that the software is running on a bound account and detect key sharing.
• To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds and disputes.
• To reply to leads and support requests, including by email and WhatsApp when you provide a number.
• To send expiry reminders and service notices about products you have licensed.
• To measure advertising: when you arrive from a Meta ad we record the campaign parameters, and we report lead and purchase events to Meta with your email address hashed (SHA-256) so the ad platform can attribute results. We do not send your plain email address to Meta.
• To keep the service safe: rate limiting, abuse detection and backups.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and, when a Meta Pixel id is configured, the Meta Pixel which sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies to attribute ad conversions. You can block third-party cookies in your browser; the website keeps working, but ad attribution will be less accurate.

• Razorpay, our payment provider, receives the data needed to process your UPI or card payment.
• Our email delivery provider receives your email address and the content of transactional emails.
• Meta Platforms receives hashed identifiers and event data for advertising measurement, as described above.
• Hosting and backup providers store our database and files on our behalf.
• Authorities, when a valid legal request requires it.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and by our instructions to use the data only for the service it provides to us.

Our team operates from Australia and India and our providers may process data in other countries. Where a transfer leaves your country we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

• Account and order records: for as long as the account exists and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• License check logs: 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
• Leads: 24 months from the last contact, unless you become a customer.
• Support conversations: 24 months.
• Backups: rotated on a schedule; a deleted record may remain in a backup for up to 30 days.

You can access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to marketing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Account holders can update their details in the dashboard; for anything else email us and we respond within 30 days. Deleting an account revokes its licenses. If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use random tokens stored as hashes, license responses are signed, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you we will notify you without undue delay.

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
